Ingredients
- 200 ml water
- Lemon juice
- 1 bouillon cube
- 1 green cabbage
- 2 Eggplants
- 2 red bell peppers
- 30 ml olive oil
- 150 g cooked rice
- Salt
- Pepper
- 250 ml béchamel sauce (package)
Instructions

Make a broth from water and the bouillon cube, then enhance with lemon juice.

Blanch cabbage leaves and drain them in a sieve.

Wash eggplants and bell peppers, dice them, and quickly sauté in olive oil.

Add cooked rice to the vegetables, season with salt and pepper, and mix well.

Trim stems from the cabbage leaves and spread the fried filling onto each leaf.

Roll the leaves tightly and place the rolls snugly side by side in a heatproof dish. Pour the broth over them and bake at 200°C for about 15 minutes.

Prepare béchamel sauce according to package instructions and serve with the cabbage rolls.
