Ingredients

  • 1 cantaloupe melon
  • 300 g very thinly sliced Bündner meat
  • white bread (for serving)

Instructions

    Wash the cantaloupe, cut it in half and scrape out the seeds. Then slice the melon into strips.

    Use a sharp knife to separate the rind from the strips, leaving the last 2 cm so that the rind stays on the strips but is easier to eat later.

    Distribute the Bündner meat over the melon strips and arrange the strips on plates. Serve with white bread.
