Ingredients

  • 400 g ham
  • 1 jar asparagus
  • 1 large onion
  • 200 g broccoli florets (frozen)
  • 4 pickled cucumbers
  • 6 tbsp pickle liquid
  • 4 tbsp vinegar
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • salt pepper

Instructions

    Cut the ham into cubes, peel and finely dice the onion, then simmer it. Dice the pickles very finely. Cut the asparagus into thirds.

    Cook the broccoli florets in boiling salted water until tender. Combine everything with pickle liquid, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper, taste, and serve.
