Ingredients

  • 250 g goat cheese
  • 50 g whipping cream
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 6 figs
  • fresh thyme leaves

Instructions

    Grind thyme finely in a mortar.

    Stir goat cheese with cream and honey, then fold in thyme.

    Wash, dry, and halve figs lengthwise.

    Fill a pastry bag with a large star tip with the cheese mixture and pipe onto the figs, garnish with thyme leaves. Serve immediately.
