Ingredients
- 270 g buckwheat
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 onion
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 350 g Chicken breast fillet
- 200 g carrots
- 200 g zucchini
- 2 Spring Onions
- 100 g corn kernels (canned)
- 40 g sour cream
- 50 g grated Parmesan
- 1 bunch chives
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions

Bring 300 ml water to a boil and pour over the buckwheat, let soak for 20 minutes. Peel and finely chop onion and garlic.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté both until translucent. Wash, pat dry, and cut chicken into pieces; add and cook on high heat for 5 minutes. Wash, pat dry carrots, spring onions, and zucchini; peel carrot and chop all into pieces.
