Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breast fillets
  • 1 chili pepper
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 100 ml poultry broth
  • 100 g corn kernels
  • Salt
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 4 tortillas

Instructions

    Wash the chicken breasts and cut into small cubes. Rinse the chili and finely chop it. Peel the garlic and press it into the chili. Wash, trim, seed, and slice the bell peppers into thin strips. Peel, halve, and slice the onion into strips.

    Sauté the chicken cubes in hot oil, add the pepper strips and onions, then deglaze with broth. Add corn kernels, chili, and garlic; simmer gently for 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and cayenne pepper, fold in parsley, and distribute over tortillas. Roll up and serve sprinkled with remaining parsley.
