Ingredients

  • 200 g blackberries
  • 1 untreated lime
  • 2 tsp Liquid Honey
  • 300 ml low‑fat kefir
  • 4 tbsp crushed ice

Instructions

    Rinse the blackberries, wash and pat dry. Rinse the lime and dry it. Grate a little zest. Cut two thin slices and set aside for garnish.

    Squeeze the remaining juice. Blend blackberries, lime juice, honey, kefir and crushed ice in a blender. Taste again and pour into two glasses. Garnish with lime slices and drink chilled.
