Ingredients

  • 400 g spaghetti
  • 400 g Broccoli
  • 1 onion
  • 400 g Tomatoes
  • 1 small can corn
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 6 tbsp Olive oil
  • fresh basil
  • 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan

Instructions

    Clean the broccoli and cut into small florets. Blanch in boiling salted water, drain, shock in ice water, then dry.

    Peel and chop the onion. Briefly blanch the tomatoes, cool, peel, quarter, and dice them.

    Drain the corn.

    Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente.

    Heat olive oil in a large pan. Sauté the onions, then add tomatoes, corn, and broccoli; cook briefly. Add the drained pasta and stir well. Season generously with salt and pepper. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped basil and parmesan.
