Ingredients

  • 300 g broccoli
  • 150 g egg spaetzle
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 150 g Corn (canned)
  • 2 hard‑boiled eggs
  • 100 g herb cream cheese
  • 100 ml Orange Juice
  • 4 tbsp whipped cream
  • pepper (ground)

    Wash the broccoli and cut into small florets. Peel and dice the stems. Cook the spaetzle in plenty of salted water until al dente, adding the broccoli and stem cubes during the last 3 minutes of cooking. Drain, rinse with cold water, and let drain. Let the corn drain. Peel and chop the eggs.

    Whisk the cream cheese with orange juice and whipped cream until smooth. Season generously with salt and pepper. Combine all salad ingredients in a bowl with the dressing.
