The Broccoli-Kohlrabi pot with Gremolata from Spoonsparrow is a real fat‑burning recipe that makes pounds melt away.
Ingredients
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 broccoli head
- 3 stalks celery
- 1 kohlrabi
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 800 ml vegetable broth
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 bunch parsley (20 g)
- 4 tbsp hazelnuts (60 g)
- 0.5 organic lemon zest
- chili flakes
Instructions

Peel and chop the garlic. Clean, wash, and cut broccoli and celery into small florets or pieces. Peel and cube the kohlrabi.

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pot. Sauté garlic, kohlrabi, broccoli, celery, and turmeric for 3 minutes over medium heat. Add broth, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for about 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, wash parsley, pat dry, and finely chop it. Roughly chop the hazelnuts. Mix parsley with nuts, lemon zest, and remaining oil; season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
