Ingredients
- 500 g ground beef
- 2 Eggs
- 1 roll (from yesterday)
- 1 small onion
- 3 tbsp parsley
- 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
- 1 tsp dried marjoram
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- breadcrumbs
- vegetable oil (for frying)

Soak the roll in warm water, then drain well. Mix the ground beef with the eggs and drained roll. Peel and finely chop the onion. Wash, dry, and finely chop the parsley. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onion until golden yellow, then add to the meat mixture along with parsley, marjoram, salt, and pepper, mixing thoroughly.

Shape small patties or balls from the mixture and coat them generously in breadcrumbs. Heat plenty of oil in a deep skillet and fry the balls in batches. Drain on paper towels. Cook wild rice according to package instructions and serve the balls over the rice.
