Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breast fillets (about 140 g each)
  • 2 bell peppers (red and green)
  • 1 Zucchini
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • curry powder
  • 50 g flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 50 g cornflakes
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 75 g breadcrumbs
  • oil for frying

Instructions

    Wash the chicken breasts, pat dry, and cut into cubes. Wash the bell peppers, halve them, remove seeds, and cut into bite-sized pieces. Wash the zucchini, trim ends, and cut into pieces. Skewer the vegetables alternately with the chicken pieces. Season with salt, pepper, and curry powder, then coat in flour.

    Dip the skewers in beaten eggs. Crush the cornflakes finely and mix with sesame seeds and breadcrumbs. Bread the skewers with this mixture and fry in plenty of hot oil in a pan for about 8 minutes over medium heat until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and serve.
