Ingredients

  • 400 g toast bread
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 stalk Celery
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
  • 2 Eggs
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • nutmeg

Instructions

    Dice the toast bread and place it in a bowl. Pour hot milk over it and let it soak for about 10 minutes.

    While the bread soaks, wash, trim, and finely dice the celery. Peel and finely dice the onion. Sauté the celery and onion in hot butter, then mix with parsley and eggs before adding to the bread. Combine into a loose filling and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
