Ingredients
- 4 whole grain rolls
- 12 tbsp quark (20 g each)
- 8 iceberg lettuce leaves
- 2 yellow bell peppers
- 4 tomatoes
- 8 radishes
- 12 tbsp watercress
- butter for spreading
Instructions

Cut the rolls in half, spread butter and smear with quark. Wash and pat dry the lettuce, tomatoes, and radishes.

Slice the radishes into thin rounds, cut the tomatoes into slices. Wash the bell peppers, remove seeds, and slice into fine strips.

Distribute all ingredients on the rolls and garnish with watercress. Serve the bread rolls with salad.
