Ingredients
- 750 g beef goulash cubes
- 3 tbsp clarified butter
- 400 g onions
- 2 Tbsp paprika powder
- 300 ml beer
- 200 ml beef stock
- 1 tsp Caraway seeds
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 2 orange bell peppers
- 3 tbsp sour cream
- 0.5 bunch Parsley

Sear the meat cubes in a large pot with heated clarified butter in batches until browned. Peel and roughly chop the onions, then sauté them in the remaining fat until translucent. Return the meat to the pot, sprinkle with paprika powder, and deglaze with beer. Add beef stock, caraway seeds, salt, and pepper. Cover and simmer for 90 minutes. Halve the bell peppers, remove seeds, wash, chop into large pieces, add them to the pot, and cook for another 30 minutes.

Before serving stir in the sour cream and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
