Ingredients
- 1 turkey
- 250 g red onion
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 1 small sprig rosemary
- 250 g nectarine
- 4 tbsp oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 tbsp light sauce thickener
Instructions

Wash the turkey, pat dry and cut into 8 pieces. Peel and quarter the onions, peel and slice the garlic cloves.

Rinse and pat dry the rosemary. Wash the nectarines, halve them, remove pits, and cut fruit halves into wedges.

Heat oil and brown the turkey pieces on all sides; add onions and garlic and cook further. Deglaze with wine, add rosemary, cover and simmer for about 40 minutes.

After 20 minutes add the nectarines to stew together. Season with salt and pepper and stir in the sauce thickener.
