Spicy Marinated Turkey Wings

- 4 turkey wings
- 4 chicken drumsticks
- 3 tbsp honey
- 4 tbsp barbecue sauce
- 1 tsp Paprika powder (hot)
- Salt
- Pepper
- 4 Tbsp sunflower oil
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 2 cooked corn cobs
- 3 tbsp clarified butter
- 8 medium cooked potatoes
- 2 sprigs Rosemary
- 1 sprig thyme
- Salt
- Pepper

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Place the turkey wings and drumsticks in a bowl. Mix the ingredients for the marination, add them, mix well, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Then remove from the marinade, let excess drip off, and place in a baking dish. Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes, brushing with the marinade midway.

Meanwhile halve the corn cobs and heat them in boiling salted water. Drain and sauté in 1 tbsp clarified butter.

Simultaneously cut the potatoes into wedges. Wash the herbs, strip from stems, and chop finely. Fry together with the potatoes in the remaining clarified butter. Season the corn and potatoes with salt and pepper, then arrange on plates with the poultry pieces and garnish with herbs.
