Ingredients
- 750 g firm potatoes
- Salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 1 tsp Caraway seeds
- 1 onion
- 1 bundle radishes
- 1 bundle sorrel
- 750 g low-fat quark
- 125 ml heavy cream

Wash the potatoes. Boil them in salted water with caraway seeds for 20 minutes.

Peel and dice the onion. Rinse, clean, and set aside some radish slices; cut the remaining radishes into sticks. Rinse, clean, and slice the sorrel into strips.

Whisk the quark with cream. Fold in the onion, radish sticks, and sorrel. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Drain the boiled potatoes, peel them, and serve alongside the radish quark. Garnish with the reserved radish slices.
