Ingredients
- 1 kg pre-cooked cod fillets (whole or split)
- lemon juice (from 1 lemon)
- 2 l water
- 75 g frozen mixed vegetable mix
- 1 bay leaf
- 10 peppercorns
- 3 Cloves
- 5 allspice berries
- 1 medium peeled onion
- 2 tbsp salt
- 6 tbsp vinegar
Instructions

Rinse cod under running cold water, pat dry and drizzle with juice from 1 lemon; let stand for about 30 minutes.

Bring 2 l water with remaining ingredients to a boil. After 5 minutes of cooking time add fish, bring back to boil and simmer for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.

Arrange the cooked fish on a preheated plate.
