- 300 g flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 300 ml milk
- 2 eggs (medium size)
- 60 g Butter
- 250 g blueberries
- 2 tbsp clarified butter
- powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions

Mix the flour with salt, sugar and baking powder in a bowl. Stir in the milk and eggs. Melt the butter and fold it into the batter.

Fold the blueberries into the batter. Heat clarified butter in a non‑stick pan in portions and bake small golden brown pancakes from the batter. Serve dusted with powdered sugar.
