Blueberry Oat Muffins

Spoonsparrow blueberry oat muffins are a great snack for in-between moments.

Ingredients

  • 100 g Soft Butter
  • 120 g cane sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 80 g flour
  • 200 g tender oats (or meltable flakes)
  • 0.5 packet Baking powder
  • 100 g blueberries
  • margarine (for the muffin tin)

Instructions

    Beat butter, sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Stir in flour, oats, baking powder and 5-7 tbsp water.

    Grease the muffin tin cavities. Wash, rinse, dry blueberries and gently fold into batter. Fill cups two-thirds full and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (mid) for 20-25 minutes, then remove and cool in the pan.
