Blueberry Hummus with Dates

Looking for a vegan flavor explosion? With the combination of chickpeas, crisp berries and sweet dates, no problem: Blueberry hummus with dates.
Ingredients
- 440 g chickpeas (canned; drained weight)
- 250 g blueberries
- 40 g dried dates (pitted)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp Tahini
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 2 sprigs Mint
- Optional: agave syrup to taste
Instructions

Drain the chickpeas in a sieve and rinse with cold water. Wash the blueberries and let them drain. Cut the dates into small pieces.

Add chickpeas, blueberries, dates, oil, tahini, 50 ml water, lemon juice, cinnamon, and salt to a blender and blend until smooth.

Wash the mint, shake dry, and pluck the leaves. Slice the mint leaves into fine strips. Transfer the blueberry hummus with dates to a bowl and garnish with mint. Drizzle agave syrup if desired.
