Blueberry Bread

- 500 g flour
- 90 g sugar
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cube yeast (42 g)
- 200 ml milk
- 200 g Blueberries
- 1 pinch salt

Sift the flour onto a work surface or into a bowl, create a well in the center and add the sugar. Distribute the butter around it in small pieces. Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm milk and pour into the well. Gradually knead into a smooth dough and let rise in a warm place for about 40 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 200°C fan. Grease a loaf pan with butter and dust with flour. Rinse, wash, and pat dry the blueberries.

Add the salt, knead again, fold in the blueberries, fill the loaf pan, and allow to rise for another 20-25 minutes. Place the bread in the preheated oven and bake for 40-50 minutes (check with a skewer).

Remove the finished blueberry bread and let it cool. Slice for serving, for example with butter for breakfast.
