- 200 g Flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 200 g sugar
- 200 g softened butter
- 3 eggs
- 50 g shredded coconut
- 100 g blueberries (patted dry)
- powdered sugar (for dusting)

Mix flour and baking powder in a bowl, then add butter, sugar, and eggs; beat with an electric hand mixer for about 4 minutes.

Fold in the shredded coconut and blueberries, pour the batter into a greased bundt pan, smooth the top, and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 35–40 minutes. Remove, let stand in the pan for 15 minutes, then turn out onto a rack to cool. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
