Ingredients
- 250 g butter
- 150 g raw cane sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 400 g wheat flour type 1050
- 150 ml milk (1.5% fat)
- 800 g blackberries
- 1 pinch Vanilla powder
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar from raw cane sugar

For the dough, whisk the room-temperature butter until fluffy. Alternately fold in 130 g of sugar and the eggs. Add salt. Mix baking powder with flour and gradually stir in milk, creating a smooth, spreadable batter.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the batter evenly over it and smooth the surface.
