Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage
- 400 g pork (for goulash, diced)
- 400 g Tomatoes
- 3 peppercorns of allspice
- 2 Bay leaves
- 100 g tomato paste
- 2 l vegetable broth
- 2 large onions
- 100 g porcini mushrooms
- Salt
- black pepper

Quarter the cabbage and cut into thin strips. Peel the onions and slice into rings.

Add the cabbage and onions to a large pot and pour in the vegetable broth. Let simmer briefly, then add whole tomatoes. After 30 seconds remove the tomatoes, peel, quarter them, and return them to the pot.

Add the pork goulash to the pot and season with salt and pepper. Add tomato paste, bay leaves, allspice, and mushrooms, and mix well.
