A vibrant beetroot drink enriched with natural betacyanins for intense color and flavonoids acting as cellular protectors.

Ingredients

  • 150 g beetroot (1 beetroot)
  • 200 g carrots (2 carrots)
  • 1 bulb fennel
  • 1 tsp Rapeseed oil
  • Also: ice cubes

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Wash, trim, peel, and quarter the beetroot. Work with gloves to avoid staining.

    Wash, trim, peel, and quarter the carrots lengthwise.

  3. 3.

    Clean, wash, halve the fennel bulb and cut into thick sticks.

  4. 4.

    Wash and dry the fennel fronds.

  5. 5.

    Extract juice from beetroot, carrots, and fennel using a juicer.

  6. 6.

    Stir the juice with ice cubes and rapeseed oil in a highball glass, garnish with fennel fronds, and serve.
