The mustard seeds of the arugula celery drink bring intense flavor and aid digestion, detoxification, and diuresis.

Ingredients

  • 200 g Jerusalem artichoke (1 piece)
  • 0.5 bulb fennel
  • 80 g Arugula (1 bunch)
  • 125 g chicory (1 chicory head)
  • Also: ice cubes

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Wash, clean, and peel the celery root. Slice off one thin slice and set aside; dice the rest roughly.

    Clean, wash, and dice the fennel roughly.

  3. 3.

    Wash the arugula and dry by shaking. Wash the chicory, pat dry, and chop roughly.

  4. 4.

    Cut the celery slice into fine sticks.

  5. 5.

    Juice the celery cubes with fennel, arugula, and chicory in a juicer. Pour into a glass with ice cubes and garnish with celery sticks.
