Beef with Shrimp and Asian Dressing

Ingredients
- 400 g beef (e.g., sirloin)
- 1 Zucchini
- 200 g large shrimp (prepped)
- 300 g oyster mushrooms
- 40 g peanuts
- 1 Garlic clove
- 2 cm fresh ginger
- 60 ml rice wine
- 2 tbsp Light soy sauce
- 8 tbsp peanut oil
- 1 tsp Lime juice
- chili flakes
- Salt

Rinse the meat, pat dry and slice into thin, bite‑size pieces. Wash, trim, and thinly slice the zucchini. Rinse the shrimp, pat dry and cut into chunks. Clean the mushrooms and cut into strips.

For the dressing, roughly crush the peanuts. Peel and finely chop the garlic and ginger. Mix everything with rice wine, soy sauce, 4 tbsp oil, and lime juice; season with chili flakes and salt.

Sequentially stir‑fry in a hot wok with a little oil: first the meat (about 1 minute), then the shrimp (just under 1 minute), followed by mushrooms (1–2 minutes) and zucchini (1–2 minutes). Season with salt and pepper, remove from the wok, and arrange on a plate. Drizzle the dressing over the dish, let it cool slightly, and serve.
