Beef Strips with Vegetables and Sesame in a Wok

Ingredients
- 600 g beef (e.g., sirloin)
- 3 Carrots
- 400 g sugar snap peas
- 2 tbsp peanut oil
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
- 1 clove garlic finely chopped
- 1 chili pepper finely chopped
- Salt
- 2 tbsp rice wine
- light soy sauce
Instructions

Wash meat, pat dry and cut into strips.

Peel carrots and cut into sticks.

Wash sugar snap peas, trim ends and halve them.

Sear meat in hot oil in a wok with ginger, garlic, and chili. Add vegetables and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes. Then add soy sauce and rice wine, simmer for another 1-2 minutes. Season with salt and additional soy sauce to taste.
