Ingredients
- 50 ml mild white wine vinegar
- 40 g honey
- 2 tbsp Curry Powder
- 2 tbsp turmeric
- 100 ml Orange Juice
- 1 Garlic clove
- 600 g beef fillet (pre‑cooked)
- 150 g mixed chopped nuts (e.g., peanuts, cashews, macadamia nuts)
- 3 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 red chili pepper
- 0.5 head lettuce
- 6 Radishes
- 0.5 cucumber
- 1 Red Onion
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- 4 tbsp soybean oil
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)

Instructions

Bring honey, vinegar, curry, turmeric, orange juice and 100 ml water to a boil in a pot. Peel the garlic, press it in, and simmer on medium heat for about 40 minutes until thickened. Taste and let cool.

Wash the meat, pat dry, trim, and slice into thin strips. Season with pepper, coat in soy sauce, then roll in the nut mixture and press firmly to adhere. Heat oil in a hot pan and sear the strips until golden brown all around. Remove and drain on kitchen paper.
