Ingredients
- 800 g canned Borlotti beans
- 6 tbsp extra‑virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 6 tbsp chopped parsley
- 0.25 tsp Chili flakes
- 350 g diced goat cheese
- Sea salt
- freshly ground pepper
