Ingredients

  • 800 g canned Borlotti beans
  • 6 tbsp extra‑virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 6 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 0.25 tsp Chili flakes
  • 350 g diced goat cheese
  • Sea salt
  • freshly ground pepper
