- 1 small onion
- 200 g mature camembert
- 1 pinch paprika powder (sweet)
- Salt
- Pepper
- cumin (ground)
- 2 tbsp beer (wheat beer) or milk
- chives for garnish

Whisk the butter until fluffy. Peel and finely dice the onion. Place the camembert in a bowl and mash it with a fork. Add the diced onions and butter. Season with paprika powder, salt, pepper, and cumin, then mix well. Stir in some beer to create a creamy consistency.
