Ingredients
- 0.5 head of Batavia lettuce
- arugula leaf
- 1 beef tomato
- 1 orange
- 4 tbsp pickled crabs
- 1 cucumber piece
- 1 tsp coarsely chopped dill
- 1 tsp liquid honey
- 4 tbsp orange juice
- 1 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- white pepper
- 0.5 tsp mustard
- Salt

Clean and dry the Batavia lettuce and arugula. Wash the tomato, quarter it, remove the stem, dice the flesh. Peel the cucumber and slice into rounds. Mix the salads and arrange on a plate. Peel the orange, cut into wedges, then slice into rounds. Rinse the crabs and drain well.

Whisk honey, orange juice, mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper, and olive oil to make a dressing. Toss the crabs with the orange slices and mix in the dressing. Arrange the crab cocktail on the salad bed and sprinkle with dill before serving.
