  • 100 g fresh basil
  • 1 l white wine
  • 150 g cane sugar
  • 2 ml Cognac

Instructions

    Crush basil leaves in a mortar, place them in a bottle and pour over white wine. Add sugar and seal tightly to steep for 24 hours.

    Afterward strain out the leaves and add cognac for better preservation.
