Ingredients
- 50 g onions (1 onion)
- 0.5 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 150 g tomato purée
- 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- Salt
- Pepper
- Worcestershire sauce
Instructions

Peel the onion and dice it very finely. Heat oil in a small saucepan over low heat and sauté the onions until translucent.

Add the tomato purée, tomato paste, vinegar, and honey; bring to a boil once.

Season with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce, then let cool.
