Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 100 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 300 ml olive oil
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)

Instructions

    Whisk the egg, mustard, and balsamic vinegar together.
