- 1 egg
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 100 ml balsamic vinegar
- 300 ml olive oil
- 1 Garlic clove
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
Instructions

Whisk the egg, mustard, and balsamic vinegar together.
