Baked Tomatoes with Noodle-Turkey Filling

Ingredients
- 200 g thin soup noodles
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- 8 tomatoes
- 125 g smoked turkey breast fillet slices
- 1 Garlic clove
- 200 g Cream cheese
- 2 tbsp chives sprigs
Instructions

Cook the noodles in boiling salted water until al dente according to package instructions, then drain and let them rest.

Wash the tomatoes and cut a lid off on the smooth side. Hollow out the tomatoes and set them upside down on kitchen paper to drain. Chop the hollowed flesh and the lids.

Dice the turkey breast and add it with 1 tbsp chives and the tomato flesh to the noodles. Squeeze in the garlic and season with salt and pepper.

Fill the tomatoes with the noodle mixture. Mix the cream cheese with the remaining chives and spoon over the tomatoes. Place the leftover filling into a greased oven-safe dish and set the stuffed tomatoes on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 12–15 minutes.
