Ingredients
- 125 g horn-shaped pasta
- 8 meat tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 small zucchini
- 1 EL olive oil
- 100 g corn kernels (canned)
- 200 g feta
- 2 EL chopped parsley
- Salt
- ground pepper
- paprika powder
- a little fat for greasing the dish
Instructions

Cook pasta according to package instructions in salted water until al dente, drain and set aside.

Rinse meat tomatoes, cut off a lid, scoop out flesh with a spoon, and let them dry on paper towels. Peel onion, rinse zucchini, clean both, then dice them.

Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan, sauté onion and zucchini for about 5 minutes. Mix in pasta, corn, and parsley; season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Stuff the tomatoes with this mixture.

Place stuffed tomatoes in a greased baking dish. Crumble feta over them. Bake in preheated oven at 200°C (or 180°C fan) for about 25 minutes.
