Ingredients

  • 1 kg mixed ground meat
  • 600 g spaghetti
  • 1 onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 400 g passata
  • 400 g Mushrooms
  • olive oil
  • 2 bell peppers (one red and one green)
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 75 g grated cheese

Instructions

  1. 1.

Cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente, rinse with cold water, and drain.

  2. 2.

Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.

  3. 3.

Brown the ground meat in 2–3 tablespoons of oil, add the onion and garlic, cook briefly, then stir in the passata. Simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened. Season with salt and pepper and remove from heat.

  4. 4.

Wash or clean the mushrooms as needed and cut them into small pieces. Fry them in hot oil until golden brown.

  5. 5.

Wash the bell peppers, halve them, clean, and dice into small cubes.

  6. 6.

Brush a baking tray with oil, form nests of spaghetti on it, and place them on the tray. Dot each nest with small spoonfuls of crème fraîche, pour the meat sauce over them, sprinkle with diced bell peppers and mushrooms, and finally spread grated cheese evenly on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for about 15 minutes until golden brown, then serve.
