- 1 walnut-sized piece ginger
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 600 g salmon fillet
- Salt
- Pepper
- 100 g starch
- 50 g flour
- 1 egg (medium)
- 50 g shelled sesame seeds
- 200 ml ice-cold water
- fat for frying
- 1 red and 1 yellow bell pepper
- 200 g Sugar snap peas
- Chinese cabbage
- 1 onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp oil
- 100 ml vegetable broth (instant)
- 5 tbsp white wine vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil

Heat fat for frying. Remove salmon from the Marinade and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper. Mix starch, flour, egg, sesame seeds, and water into a batter. Skewer 2-3 salmon pieces onto a lightly oiled stick. Dip each skewer in the batter, let excess drip off, then fry in hot fat for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Drain briefly on paper towels. Re-season salad and serve with skewers.
