Ingredients

  • 4 large boiled potatoes (cooked, from the previous day)
  • 1 bunch chives
  • 500 g quark
  • 250 g plain yogurt
  • 5 tbsp heavy cream
  • Salt

Instructions

    Wrap the potatoes in aluminum foil and bake in a hot oven at 200°C (middle rack) for 15 minutes.

    Wash the chives, shake off excess water, and cut into small rings.

    Whisk the quark with yogurt and cream until creamy, season with salt, and fold in the chives.

    Remove the potatoes from the foil, slit them lengthwise, gently press apart, and fill with the chive quark before serving.
