Ingredients
- 50 g fine whole wheat flour
- 0.5 tsp Baking powder
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 75 ml water
- 1 green bell pepper
- 50 g air-dried beef salami
- 100 g sauerkraut
- 3 tbsp sour cream
- 50 g plain yogurt
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions

Mix whole wheat flour with baking powder and a pinch of salt. Whisk the dough with egg, olive oil, and water until smooth.

Bake the dough in a non-stick pan until golden.

Wash the green bell pepper, halve it, remove seeds, and slice into thin strips.

Dice the salami into small cubes. Combine sour cream with yogurt and season well with salt and pepper. Drain the sauerkraut and mix it with the salami into the yogurt mixture.

Spread the filling evenly on the flatbread and roll tightly. Cut the wrap diagonally and serve with the bell pepper strips.
