Ingredients
- 400 g small firm‑boiling potatoes
- Salt
- ground pepper
- 400 g meat loaf
- 30 g roasted onions (ready‑made)
- 40 g Butter
- nutmeg
- 300 g raclette cheese (slices)
Instructions

Wash the potatoes and boil them unpeeled in salted water for about 20 minutes. While they cook, slice the meat loaf into 1 cm thick slices then cut into 1 cm cubes and mix with the roasted onions.

Drain the potatoes, rinse under cold water, steam briefly, and let cool slightly. Peel and quarter the potatoes. Melt the butter and combine with the potatoes, seasoning with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.

Distribute the potatoes and meat loaf mixture onto small ramekins, topping each with raclette cheese slices.

Bake in a hot raclette appliance for 8–10 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.
