Ingredients
- 4 goat cheeses (Crottin de Chavignol)
- 8 thin slices of breakfast bacon
- 4 small sprigs of rosemary
- 150 g frisée salad
- 150 g arugula
- 4 slices of toast bread
- 1 clove garlic
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- fresh chervil
- Salt
- ground pepper
Instructions

Peel the garlic, press it through a press and mix with salt, pepper, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Wrap each cheese in two slices of bacon, secure with rosemary sprigs, brush with the garlic-olive oil mixture, and place in a greased baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes.

Wash and dry the salad. Mix a little salt with vinegar and 2 tablespoons of oil, then toss with the salad.

Toast the bread slices.

Remove the goat cheese from the oven, place it on the center of the plate atop the toasted bread, arrange the salad beside it, sprinkle with chervil, and serve immediately.
