Ingredients
- 2 Apples
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- 200 g small goat cheese taler (4 pieces of 50 g each)
- 2 tsp Liquid Honey
- 2 tsp thyme leaves (chopped)
- 250 g dandelion salad
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp vegetable broth
- 0.5 tsp mustard
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Wash apples, quarter them, remove cores, cut into wedges and drizzle with lemon juice.

Distribute apple wedges in a greased baking dish if needed. Cut goat cheese taler crosswise in half and place on the apples. Drizzle honey over the cheese and sprinkle thyme. Broil in the oven for about 5 minutes.

Clean, wash, shake dry and roughly tear dandelion leaves.

Whisk vinegar, broth, mustard, salt and pepper together and beat in the oil with a whisk. Mix the salad dressing with dandelion leaves, spread on plates with apple wedges, top with goat cheese and serve.
