Ingredients

  • 4 bulbs fennel
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 4 sprigs thyme
  • 30 g Butter
  • 40 g whole wheat breadcrumbs (4 tbsp)
  • 30 g pine nuts (2 tbsp)
  • 30 g Roquefort cheese (45% fat in the product)
  • 200 g red grapes
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

    Wash grapes, drain and separate from stems. Halve grapes and mix with vinegar and honey. Spread grapes over the fennel and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C (180 °C fan; gas: level 3) for about 30 minutes.

    Serve the baked fennel with caramelized grapes on four plates.
