Ingredients
- 4 bulbs fennel
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 4 sprigs thyme
- 30 g Butter
- 40 g whole wheat breadcrumbs (4 tbsp)
- 30 g pine nuts (2 tbsp)
- 30 g Roquefort cheese (45% fat in the product)
- 200 g red grapes
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey

Wash grapes, drain and separate from stems. Halve grapes and mix with vinegar and honey. Spread grapes over the fennel and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C (180 °C fan; gas: level 3) for about 30 minutes.
