Baked Dish with Ground Meat, Green Beans and Red Cabbage

- 250 g mixed ground meat
- 0.5 head red cabbage
- 0.25 l Vegetable broth
- 2 onions
- 2 tbsp oil
- 400 g Potatoes
- 200 g Green beans
- 1 orange bell pepper
- 0.5 bunch bean sprout
- 0.5 bunch Parsley
- Salt
- Pepper

Clean the red cabbage, quarter it, remove the core, roughly chop and cook in half of the broth over medium heat until the broth has evaporated. Peel and finely chop the onions, sauté in oil, add the ground meat, brown, season with salt and pepper. Halve the bell pepper, remove seeds, wash, dice. Peel, rinse potatoes and slice into rounds.

Chop the bean sprout, mix with potato slices and layer in a baking dish. Clean and wash green beans, sprinkle over with bell pepper cubes, then add the ground meat, followed by the red cabbage. Pour remaining broth over the casserole and bake at 180°C for about 1 hour. Finely chop parsley and scatter on top.
