Ingredients
- 4 cod fillets (about 150 g each)
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Salt
- Pepper
- 4 tbsp chopped parsley
- 4 sheets yufka dough (approx. 30x30 cm)
- flour (for dusting)
- 2 egg yolks

Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F) with upper and lower heat and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Rinse the fish fillets, pat them dry, drizzle with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Spread the yufka dough on a floured kitchen towel and place the fish in the center. Sprinkle each with 1 tbsp parsley. Fold the dough into a packet and place it on the baking tray. Whisk the egg yolks and brush the packets all around. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes until the pastry is golden brown and crisp.
