Baked Cannelloni with Ground Meat Filling

Ingredients
- 12 green lasagna sheets
- 300 g Ground Beef
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion
- 1 Carrot
- 1 stalk Celery
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 0.125 l red wine
- 200 g mortadella
- 1 bunch parsley
- 750 g canned pureed tomatoes
- 200 ml whipping cream
- 85 g grated parmesan
- Salt
- Pepper
- basil (for garnish)
Instructions

Cook lasagna sheets in plenty of salted water for 8 minutes, then drain well.

Brown ground beef in olive oil. Peel and press garlic cloves. Dice onion, carrot, celery finely and sauté with the meat.

Add red wine. Chop mortadella and parsley, mix in, and cook together. Stir in tomatoes with cream, season with salt and pepper.

Spread a layer of tomato sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Lay lasagna sheets lengthwise, spoon some meat sauce into the center, roll up, and place seam side down in the dish.

Pour remaining sauce over, sprinkle grated parmesan, bake at 200°C for 20 minutes. Garnish with basil before serving.
